My Story..

About Max

My obsession with the mind began in my late teens.

When I was 15, I lost one of my closest friends. That moment shattered something in me - and I spent years trying to escape the pain. I turned to fitness, weed and booze, and later, endurance training, but not from a place of clarity - it was all survival. I didn’t yet understand the mind, or what true healing meant.

In my early 20s, I found breathwork.
It became a powerful anchor - something I’d return to again and again through life’s hardest and highest moments.

But it wasn’t until my mid-20s that I discovered the real work: shadow work, subconscious reprogramming, and self-development. That’s when I began to understand what was actually driving my patterns, and what needed to change.

Then came the storm of 2017 - the moment everything cracked open again.

I lost almost everyone in my life overnight. What followed was betrayal, depression, and a year of survival-mode living. And this time, I knew I couldn’t just cope. I had to rebuild from the inside out. It reminded me, few actually care, and the person who should care the most is ourselves, we will spend the rest of this life in our bodies and minds, so let's put the effort and sacrifice in to make them a glorious place to live.

I dove into the subconscious. I built systems. I tested habits.. And over the years taught them to clients.

I rewired the emotional patterns that were holding me hostage - not with theory, but with lived experience.

In 2019, I travelled solo to Poland and climbed Mt Rysy - off-season, to face fear and prove to myself that I was no longer that lost version of me. That experience changed me at the core. Not just the moantain, but all the experiences in between on my solo trip..

After training as a hypnotherapist, I realised something wild:
I’d unknowingly been using hypnotic techniques for years — inside breathwork sessions, meditations, and visualisation work. Now, I blend it all intentionally, with precision.

Today, I help other men do the same.

Not with fluff or trends.
But with the systems, habits, and techniques tailored to their needs and circumstances. I’ve used - to reclaim calm, clarity, and control.

Because no matter how far you’ve fallen, your subconscious mind holds the key to rising.

I will see you on the inside, my friend!
