The Gladiators Last Dance… It's not just a session - it’s a powerful rite of passage. A final dance with your inner warrior, inner child, and innerverse (imagination, emotions, feelings) as we’ve stepped into the new season of spring, we honour ourselves.

Expect some discomfort (in a good way), the chance to allow your imagination and inner child to play, and to learn the foundations of emotional mastery / state changing...
